  • Templar Homes includes $2,250 towards required surveys—boundary, elevation, site plan, blue top, construction stakeout, tie-in, and as-built surveys.
  • $8,500 towards site preparation to include land clearing, tree removal, grading, structural fill placement as needed for foundation and drainage, and driveway cuts
  • $15,000 allowance for building permits and local impact fees are covered to ensure a smooth approval process.
  • County utility connections for water, sewer, are included, with all fees handled by our team.
  • Where applicable, private utilities such as well, septic, propane, or natural gas are professionally installed to specification.
  • All utility connections—water, sewer, and electric—are extended up to 50 linear feet from the home and installed to meet or exceed community service standards.
